Following a thorough due diligence process, we assist in post-closing transition management by:
- Implementing Day 1 phase-in procedures.

- Providing Project Management Office (PMO) support for all transition management projects.
- Leading project management efforts for the implementation of VCP, GRC, and ESG management systems, as well as OFRP.

- Offering exit planning support and Project Management Office (PMO) assistance, including adviser selection, setting up and managing data rooms, and preparing the management team.

- Managing transition processes, including the Last 100 Days program and last-day handover procedures.
